This card works best when an enemy with high attack but low defense is attacking you. Yuki, Tomomo (Multiplayer) suffer from this card the most as they will take 2 or 3 damage, or being outright KOed if they use any battle card to increase attack, such as I'm on Fire!, Big Magnum, or Super All-Out Mode.
It also denies certain benefits from battle or boost cards, such as Accelerator, Extraordinary Specs, Protagonist's Privilege, or Blue Crow the Second.
It is also very useful against Syura who has 1 health and is using Beyond Hell and QP (Dangerous) who has 3 Dangerous Puddings.
This card can be considered as the upgraded version of Tactical Retreat, as both allow user to escape fight without a scratch, but this card damages the opponent rather than granting them stars, while available at higher norma.
It also overlooks user's own stats, allows weak characters such as Marie Poppo or Fernet to have a better chance to deal more damage against evasive characters such as Suguri or Hime.
